NTouch24 Security Changes Starting March 1, 2007 we are introducing a new security feature called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on our NTouch24 online banking site. This security feature will make our online banking system stronger and will help further protect our members from hijacking and identity theft. When you notice changes to your online logon, please read the directions carefully and follow ALL steps in the process. All of the steps and questions are necessary to assure you the highest level of online security. What is MFA?  Multi-Factor Authentication is a new security feature that works 24/7 to protect your accounts, even when you are not online. It helps guard against fraudulent logon attempts like "Phishing" and identity theft. How does it works? When you logon to NTouch24 you will randomly be assigned a secret image and you will select a phrase that will appear under the image on our site. The combination of the image and phrase is only known to you and the system. When you see your personalized image and phrase, you can be assured that you are logging on to our actual site. The security system also checks the computer that you are using to access your account. If the system does not recognize your computer during a future logon attempt, it will take additional steps to verify your identity. When will it start? Implementation of this feature will begin March 1 and will take six weeks to complete. Do not be alarmed if you do not see changes to your NTouch24 logon on March 1. Groups of members will be implemented each week by birthdays. All members will be implemented and should see changes by April 12, 2007. Questions?
