Stephanie has been with MCWV for 27 years, beginning in October of 1989. She began her career with the credit union as a teller and after working her way through the company in various positions, took over as CEO in 2012. Stephanie is a graduate of East Bank High School. She enjoys sports and spending time with her two sons and grandsons. Stephanie’s favorite color is purple, and she loves vacationing at Myrtle Beach, SC.

Monica has over 26 years of experience in the credit union industry, and joined MCWV in May of 2000. Her duties include IRA investing, working with debit and credit cards, wire transfers, direct deposits and online banking. Through Ascensus IRA training, Monica has earned the designation of Certified IRA Specialist.

Chief Operating Officer
Steve began working with MCWV in June of 2001. He coordinates reporting, consumer loans and member relations. Steve holds an Associate degree in Banking & Finance and a BS in Finance. Steve’s hobbies include bow hunting, skiing with his family and vacationing on Hatteras Island.

Chief Credit Officer
Woody has been with MCWV since January of 2005. He handles residential mortgage loans and commercial loans for the credit union. Woody has attended the Marshall ABA School of Compliance, CNB School of Compliance and Eastern Carolina University RMA Commercial Lending School. In his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and camping.

Senior Loan Officer
Joyce began working at MCWV in July of 2007 and works with all aspects of consumer lending. She is a graduate of the former Duval High School. Joyce is known by her favorite color purple.

Senior Accounting Clerk
Clara has been with MCWV since October of 2007, handles ACHs and works with IRAs. She is a graduate of Sissonville High School. Clara comes from a big family, being one out of nine children, and she enjoys spending time with them at their large family gatherings.

Hannah has been with MCWV since June of 2012, with duties that include loan processing as a Loan Clerk, and working with credit and debit cards. She is a graduate of South Charleston High School and attended West Virginia State University. She enjoys spending time with her son, shopping and is an avid WVU sports fan, frequently attending and watching their games.

Member Service VP / Head MSR
Alexis joined MCWV in November of 2012, with duties that include overseeing teller work, handling new account openings and working with IRAs. She is a graduate of Currituck County High School. Alexis loves spending time with her family, as well as taking pictures, listening to music and cooking.

Kim began working at MCWV in February of 2013, and works on share drafts and debit cards in addition to serving as a Loan Clerk within the loan department. Kim is a graduate of DuPont High School. Her favorite getaways are to Pigeon Forge, TN and the Amish Country, and she enjoys shopping in her free time.

Mortgage Loan Processor/MSR
Brian made the move to MCWV in January 2017. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, Brian assists our Mortgage Specialist and members with their home product needs, including mortgages, home improvement and home equity loans. He attended West Virginia State University where he studied Education, and he has a background in banking. Brian’s hobbies include playing and attending football and basketball games, going to the gym and concerts and spending time with his family.

Senior Member Service Representative
Connie joined the credit union in April 2017. As a Member Service Rep and teller, Connie assists members with their transactions, account openings and more. She is a graduate of St. Albans High School. Connie loves taking walks outdoors, playing with her grandson and traveling to the beach and Pigeon Forge, TN.

Jennifer joined the MCWV team in November 2017. Jennifer serves as the Receptionist and provides assistance to members with their accounts. She attended school in France where she grew up, and is a graduate of ABC. She does beading and cross-stitch in her free time, and loves the color purple and bears.
