NTouch24
Effective 12/4/16, your web browser must support the SSL version TLS 1.2 in order to use NTouch24. Follow these instructions for enabling TLS 1.2 to ensure you can access online banking. If you have more questions, please view this list of FAQs.

How to enroll
To enroll, go to the NTouch24, and click on the link “Not Enrolled? Enroll Today!” to begin a series of questions that will register you for the Online Banking service. Your NTouch24 Login ID is your account Member Number. You may change your Login ID after registering if you would like. If you have multiple accounts with different Member Numbers then you must register each account separately.
When enrolling in NTouch24 for the first time you will also be automatically enrolled in eStatements. Call the credit union if you do not wish to be enrolled in eStatements and would rather receive paper statements.

eStatements
Log in to NTouch24 to sign-up for eStatements!
eStatements are a safe, more secure and more convenient way to view your statements anytime online, rather than receiving paper statements. eStatements are free and easy to access. A notification is sent directly to your e-mail when your eStatement is available and you simply log in to NTouch24 to view!
If you do not wish to be enrolled in eStatements and would rather receive paper statements, call the credit union at (304) 346-5242 or Toll Free (800) 526-5242.
Change of Address Request
To complete a Change of Address Request online:
- Sign into NTouch24
- Select User Profile from the Main Menu
- Select User Preferences from the sub-menu
- Under the Personal Info section, select “(Change Personal Info)”
- Update your address information and then select Update
Or you can print, complete and sign this form to bring or mail in to the credit union.
eAlerts & Text Banking
Access NTouch24, select “Services” from the Main Menu and then “Mobile” from the sub-menu to begin using any of the following services.
Standard data and text messaging rates may apply. Check with your mobile phone carrier for details.
Mobile Phone Banking Setup Instructions
eAlerts
Text messages and/or e-mails that notify you of various account activities. These activities include high and/or low balances, when a check is cleared, when a payment is due, or when a deposit is posted.
Text Banking
Use text commands from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account balance and transaction history information. Receive text responses directly to your phone.
Mobile Browser Banking
Is available for mobile phones that have Internet capability but are not a smartphone and do not use apps.
eNotifications
Receive e-mails to alert you that certain notices are available to view online, such as maturity, delinquent, insufficient funds and negative overdraft.
Access NTouch24, select “Services” from the Main Menu and then select the + sign beside eNotifications to enroll.
