This Business Membership and Account Agreement covers the rights and responsibilities concerning your accounts and the rights and responsibilities of MCWV providing this Agreement.
Please note: Each Signer listed on a Business Account must follow membership account opening procedures, including a ChexSystems report being ran prior to account opening to determine account approval. If the address listed on a Signer’s photo ID does not match their current address, they will also need to provide items from our Proof of Residency List.

This Electronic Funds Transfers Agreement & Disclosure is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the debit card services offered to you by MCWV.

To complete a Change of Address Request online:
- Sign into NTouch24
- Select User Profile from the Main Menu
- Select User Preferences from the sub-menu
- Under the Personal Info section, select “(Change Personal Info)”
- Update your address information and then select Update

Direct Deposit – Click Here
To initiate a Direct Deposit, print the Direct Deposit Authorization Form, complete, sign and submit to your payroll department. Our Routing Number is 251983798. If the employer or Depositor has any questions, the member must contact the credit union at (304) 346-5242 or Toll Free (800) 526-5242.
