If you don’t have access to a computer to use our Online Banking service NTouch24, Dial-A-Teller is a convenient way to check your account from a touch tone phone 24/7. Dial-A-Teller will walk you through step-by-step to inquire about your account balances, retrieve information to help you balance your checkbook, transfer money between accounts or request check withdrawals. To begin using this service, have your account number on hand, call (304) 346-5242 and ask a teller to set you up on Dial-A-Teller. You will be asked to determine a four digit PIN and set-up will be complete.
Once you have your PIN, (304) 343-4011, (304) 343-4027 or (866) 700-4416 to use the Dial-A-Teller service.
With direct deposit, you don’t have to worry about lost or stolen paychecks! Your employer or a depositor, electronically deposits the check into your account the day it is received. We accept direct deposit from all companies, as well as Social Security, government and retirement checks. To arrange direct deposit, print the Direct Deposit Authorization Form, complete, sign and submit to your payroll department. Our routing number is 251983798.
If you have a direct deposit established, you can have all or part of your paycheck automatically distributed from your primary account into any of your other personal accounts. Payroll distribution is a no-excuse way to save and can even be applied to loans making it easy to make loan payments on time. Stop by the credit union to complete a Payroll Distribution Authorization Form to get started.
Please be aware that at any time your employer or depositor may change the information sent along with a direct deposit without Members Choice knowledge that may alter your payroll distributions including loan payments. Regularly check your accounts to ensure your direct deposits and payroll distributions post accurately.
If you do not have a direct deposit but would like to arrange automatic transfers between accounts or to loan payments, access NTouch24, select “Transactions” from the Main Menu, complete the “Transfers” section and then select “Scheduled” under “Transaction Occurrence” to complete the details of your automatic transfer.
For a small fee, MCWV can wire money to any bank, credit union or financial institution capable of receiving Wire Transfers. Come to the credit union during business hours to send a Wire Transfer.
