April 2019 Quarterly Statement Mailing information
On April 11, 2019 we were informed that the third-party provider responsible for shipping our members’ statements misplaced statements contained within the April 2019 quarterly statement shipping.
What about my account?
Individuals whose accounts were affected have been sent direct correspondence via USPS mail regarding this incident. If you do not receive a notice, please feel free to contact the credit union at (304) 346-5242 or Toll Free (800) 526-5242 anytime to check the status of your account.
Although we have no reason to believe that any personal information has been misused, we value and respect our members’ privacy and therefore welcome any questions or concerns you may have so that we may address them properly.
Who can I contact?
It is our hope to make any new account opening transitions as easy as possible for our members. If you received a notice and would like to discuss opening a new account, please simply call our Head Member Service Representative, Alexis Friel at (304) 346-5242 to notify her of your desire to update your account and we will do so immediately. You can be assured that any additional accounts or loan(s) that you may also have, as well as any new debit or credit cards you may need, will be taken care of for you during this process too. All you will need to do to finish the update is to sign a new Account Card. For your convenience, Alexis will inform you at that point in time as to how this process will take place.

Can I check my account online?
Yes. We highly recommend all members utilize our NTouch24 Online Banking and MCWV App to frequently check their accounts. If you need assistance with these services please call the credit union at (304) 346-5242 or Toll Free (800) 526-5242.
What’s next?
In order to prevent this type of incident from occurring in the future, we have ceased operations with the responsible third-party shipping provider. In order to implement a more efficient member statement shipping process, beginning May 2019, member statements will be mailed directly from our core processor’s printing company. Although this printer is located in Michigan, we are confident it will provide a more timely, secure and direct receipt of statements for our members.
